王北岳（1926～2006），生於河北文安，原名澤恆，為文、治印、作書皆以字「北岳」行，號子蒼，因收藏南越王璽，齋館名「石璽齋」。1949年渡海來台，1960年後，以發揚 篆刻為誌.桃李滿天下。博學有溫情的篆刻家。
